Could you maybe try a trunk build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-trunk/ and see if the problem still occurs with that new build? Note that these trunk builds use a new profile location (just in case you're wondering why your settings might be different then).
In: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i586; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007112602 SeaMonkey/2.0a1pre the page appeared correctly in Print Preview. This particular nightly also fixes a bug I reported previously which I will update. :-)
Resolving as wfm then, such fixes will very likely not make it into SeaMonkey 1.1.x.

Regarding Comment 3, although this nightly correctly displayed the images referenced in Print Preview, it did -not- fix the other bug I mentioned - which has been reopened.
