Mail gets vertical scrollbar because of "width=100%%%%"

The attached mail gets shown with a vertical scrollbar while viewing the same message in Netscape 4.x doesn't. I think it could be because of the "width=100%%%%". Build 2000052420

Ok... This was/is might caused by another bug describing how the font is larger in Mozilla than in Netscape 4.x on such mails.
