User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b1) Gecko/2007110904 Firefox/3.0b1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b1) Gecko/2007110904 Firefox/3.0b1

When visiting about:config and trying to change mousewheel.withnokey.numlines to a number above 1, the scroll speed does not increase on pages. It is supposed to automatically update once changed, but it does not. I have tried restarting, it does not help.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. venture to about:config
2. browse to mousewheel.withnokey.numlines
3. change to 2 or more
Actual Results:
Nothing happens

Expected Results:
I expected faster scrolling speed
Noticed this on Mac OS X (Leopard, 10.5.5) as well.

I can adjust scrolling speed in system preferences, but it does not adjust to my liking (it merely increases acceleration, not raw scrolling speed)
Does this still happen with Firefox 3.6.6 or later in a fresh profile?
