As of bug 400656, Ukrainian is added to build. And it should be listed on releases page.

Ukrainian should be added to the beta locales on all.html. For reference, that was on release-drivers, "Re: [build] Accelerating Firefox 2.0.0.10" from the 13th. > Release notes: Please add Ukrainian to the list of beta locales. > > Website: Please add Ukrainian to the list of beta locales.
Depends on: 400656
Fixed in r8384 of product-details. Will go live with Firefox 2.0.0.11 tomorrow.
