Manager "Remove" option is not working in "Update Selected Test Runs" section 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://landfill.bugzilla.org/
2.Enter user id and password
3.Click on "Search" link
4.Click on "Find Test Run" link
5.Click on "submit" button without changing default values.
6.Scroll down to "Update Selected Test Runs"
7.Check one of the id.
8.Give the valid manager and select "Remove" from drop down list.
9.Click on "commit" button without changing other default values
Actual Results:  
For the selected test run the "manager"   is not removed.
i.e it is not updating but it is displaying a message as "1 test run is updated".

Expected Results:  
for the selected test run  "manager" should be removed and should be updated in the  test run.
