from an email from jglick:

we want "secure" in the toolip for a secure news / imap server

unlike 4.x, "secure" will not be in the folder pane for a secure news server, 
we are going to use a secure new icon.

jennifer, can you add a link to the spec here, talk has the details about this 
tooltip?

I believe Simone will provide the text for Tooltips.  For Accounts, the Tooltip 
should display in parentheses the number of read/unread messages for the 
account. If the account is secure the words "secure" or "secure server" should 
also appear in the Tooltip.

When the tooltip is added, please use "Secure server"  (although I'm reeally 
tempted to say make it "This server is really happy with itself" but who needs 
humor here?)

clearing milestone, m17 and m18 are meaningless now.  these need to be triages
along with the rest.

What's happened to this bug?  Is it still ASSIGNED?

The reason I ask is because I'm interested in the progress of the UI for secure 
messaging and this is one of the only bugs I could find.  If anyone knows of a 
better bug to reference, I'd appreciate the info.
