Attachment: Patch for .htaccess file

I'm trying to add some redirects for common variations of the donate page URL (I looked in Urchin for the 404 pages that contained 'donate').  I don't have access to commit anything in the html directory though, so I'm attaching a patch for the .htaccess file.

This line is not needed, as the below line will match it, too.

Turns out your Despot account was misnamed, so I renamed it. You should now have access to commit this file yourself.
