If you try to view the Bugzilla trees in MXR you get a blank page with the MXR header at the top.
Assignee: server-ops → justdave
lxr.conf was telling MXR to look for the files in bugzilla/ while the source checkout/update script was putting it in mozilla/webtools/bugzilla.

Added a "-d bugzilla" to the checkout string and force-updated the 4 active Bugzilla trees.
