I'm not sure how to do the tag part, so I'll let someone else do that, but trunk-stage now has: ../en-US/firefox/2.0.0.11rc/whatsnew/index.html ../en-US/firefox/2.0.0.11rc/releasenotes/index.html and an update to .htaccess with the appropriate rewrite rule. Please tag & push to production.
