5ms Ts regression from bug #399664

after I landed, reed pointed out that Ts went up by 5ms:

http://build-graphs.mozilla.org/graph/query.cgi?tbox=bl-bldlnx03_fx-linux-tbox-head&testname=startup&autoscale=1&size=&units=ms&ltype=&points=&showpoint=2007%3A11%3A30%3A00%3A33%3A27%2C894&avg=1&days=1

reed writes: "First big jump is the cairo upgrade in bug 404092, the drop is roc's patch for
bug 320378, and the jump after that is this patch."

(If I was smarter, I would have held onto my 16ms gain from bug #402668 and landed it with the fix for bug #399664)
I'm going through and marking old performance regression bugs as INCOMPLETE that are likely too old to be valid or get any traction on them.

Please re-open if you have more information or can demonstrate the regression still exists.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
