If there were a nss repository and nspr repository, one could ditch CVS completely. There also would be less integration problems since nss and nspr would then be able to be a fist-class citizen of the hg local copy. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

Deciding whether or not to mirror NSS and NSPR is not a decision for the Server Ops team, so this bug should probably find a new component.
