Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 I have an external LCD which extends my desktop. When I have a Firefox window open in this area and initiate either a popup menu or a dropdown from the address bar, it renders in the "primary" display, which is my laptop's screen. My Menubar and Dock are both on the external LCD. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Attach external monitor as extended desktop. 2. Launch Firefox and move window into external desktop space. 3. Right-click or drop-down the address bar. Actual Results: The menus appear in the nearest x and y coordinates on the other screen according to my geometry. Expected Results: The menus should appear directly below or at the place of clicking. I am running Firefox 1.8.1.11 and the latest version of OS X Leopard.
Reproducibility is not always -- a combination of detaching external display and restarting Firefox "fixed" the issue.
