For the second time, Firefox updates have removed my access to Gmail. Can you fix it please?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attempt to connect to Gmail
2.Fail.
3.
Actual Results:
Over it, can you fix it for the second time please.
This is the second time Firefox updates have turned off access to Gmail. Can you fix this please?
"Fail" does not provide much information, what did they do to fix this last time. I can access GMail just fine using the latest update.
Have you tried disabling your firewall temporarily and trying to access GMail again? If that works - therein lies your problem. But given a shortage of details it's difficult to pinpoint the problem.

Try using the old gmail user interface: https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=1
Does this work?
The newer interface https://mail.google.com/mail/?shva=1 takes a long time to load on my old computer having a slow ISDN connect.
When does gmail fail to load, before loading the login screen, or after you filled in username & password and sent it back. Does it work if you fill in username & password manually?

Works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007120405 Minefield/3.0b2pre and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11
Do you have Firebug enabled for all sites? This sometimes can cause gmail not to load. http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting
