each time a crash append, I click on send the report, and I get the message couldn't send the report.
I found nowhere to declare a proxy for this.
The proxy declaration works find on normal mode. (asking me loging and password)

The crash reporter should use your system proxy setttings.  Do you have your proxy configured in IE?  Also, can you open the crash reporter submit.log and paste the error message in there?  The log file is located in:
C:\Documents and Settings\<Username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\

Yes proxy setting configured in IE as well in Minefield, using a .pac file

No, the pending crash reports won't help anything.  However, if you're using a PAC proxy, I think this is already filed.  Unfortunately the log message doesn't look very helpful, "Opération réussie" just means "Operation successful" as far as I can tell via Google translate.
