scrollbar doesn't work while checking for compatible extensions before firefox starts. The last entry is not visible properly and scrollbar doesnot come down fully

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install more than 10 extensions which are not compatible with 3.x Or have firefox 2.x with more than 10 extensions, and start 3.x
2. Start firefox. 
3.When it checks for compatible extensions, it says following extensions are not compatible. In this screen, scrollbar doesn't work properly


Expected Results:  
The scrollbar should work properly
