Background for these changes:

Bug 404410, comment 64 (Ognyan Kulev):
I expected that 2.0.0.11 will just use pages of 2.0.0.10 but 2.0.0.11 pages are
copied from 2.0.0.9. There were improvements in Bulgarian [bg] translation of
2.0.0.10 and I would like them to be in 2.0.0.11 too. In revision 8499, I
updated 2.0.0.11 pages with the improvements. Please, upload it and use it in
future versions. (Writing to this bug because it's somewhat relevant.)

Bug 404410, comment 65 (Pascal Chevrel):
Ognyan, we chose to use 2.0.0.9 because 2.0.0.11 is not a security release but
a stability release (fixes a regression bug for the canvas html tag). The
2.0.0.10 messaging is about security, the 2.0.0.9 is about stability. If
2.0.0.12 is a security release we will copy the 2.0.0.10 what's new page.

Bug 404410, comment 68 (Ognyan Kulev):
In revision 8499, 2.0.0.11 stays the same as 2.0.0.9 (stability release) but I
made some important translation improvements. Please use r8499 changes - it's
still the stability text from 2.0.0.9, only translation is improved.

I don't know if it's a problem, but my contributor has sent me other changes that I didn't notice. Please use revision 8568 too. It updates firefox/2.0.0.11/whatsnew/index.html and firefox/help/index.html. I think that's all for now.
