There is a minor usability issue: 

When one taps on the link for "New Run" of Testopia portion of tool panel, one expects to land on the page with "New Run" or "Create a New Run" banner and title at the top of it.
So, when browser banner and title near top of landing page says "Bugzilla – Choose a Test Plan", it is misleading. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Point browser at http://landfill.bugzilla.org/testopia_tip and login
2.Select the link for "New Run" of Testopia portion of tool panel.
Actual Results:  
The browser banner and title near top of landing page says "Bugzilla – Choose a Test Plan", which is misleading.
The landing page URL is http://landfill.bugzilla.org/testopia_tip/tr_new_run.cgi?plan_id=&case_status_id=2.

Expected Results:  
The correct title and banner should be "New Run" or "Create a New Run".
