Browser : Firefox 2.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the link
http://landfill.bugzilla.org/testopia_tip/tr_show_run.cgi?run_id=127

2. Click on expand all
3. Select any test case
4. Don't write anything in ADD NOTE coloumn
5. Click on Append Note button

Expected Result 
It should display some error message explaining that the ADD NOTE coloumn is
blank.

Actual Result

It is not showing any error message.Its showing "Test Log Updated " message
which is not expected.
