40706 - Typing space in text field messes up display

Go to an existing bug (url above as an example)
type a bunch of stuff into the "additional comments" field.

every time you hit space, the cursor gets off by more and more, further and 
further ahead of the actual text drawn. backspacing backspaces over nothing. no 
idea to see what is exactly in the text field.

don't see this on my win32 build. probably maconly.

This also shows up in plain text composer. It does not affect single line edit 
fields, or <pre> sections in composer.
