Linux, current build.

Get a bugzilla summary list somehow.
Click on a bug link, bug page loads but URL bar does
not properly show the bug URL.  Back & Forward then
gets the right URL into the URL bar.

this happens with any ol' clicked link. We never update the url field after a
click. It will show up if you select 'back' and 'forward' though. Happens on
MacOS also per Elig@netscape.com. Checked w/ recent builds (1999041108)

Moving all Apprunner bugs past and present to Other component temporarily whilst
don and I set correct component.  Apprunner component will be deleted/retired
shortly.
