It would be good to have some page to send links in order to improve Camino's adblocking system.
Or at least a personnal list of blocked adresses in the preferences pane.
Reproducible: Always

The former is probably not something we want to do, for the same reasons we don't have a "Report a Bug" item in the menus anywhere. Namely, it would lead to lots of extra work for the development team -- which is already swamped enough trying to make a browser -- for very little gain.
In the last year, I can count on two hands the number of "this ad isn't being blocked" bugs/forum postings/feedback e-mails we've gotten, which says to me that 1) we're doing a pretty good job overall as far as users are concerned and 2) there's not a great deal of stuff out there that we *can* block that we aren't already blocking.
The latter -- a configurable ad-blocker in prefs -- is covered by bug 314046.

We may or may not want to do it, but it's definitely not for the same reasons we don't have a site problem reporter--that is for a few very specific reasons which don't apply at all to our ad-blocking.
Yes, please file bugs on specific ads that aren't being blocked. We know our ad-blocking is not as strong on non-English sites, so filing bugs (or, if you have large numbers of sites with unblocked ads that you want to report at once, a single bug with a list of all the URLs of pages showing ads) will help improve things. Our ad-blocking on German sites has gotten much better over the past year because a German user has filed a series of bugs on ads he's seen.

Based on comment 4 and additional experience since then, I think the pertinent question now is this:
Do we want to provide a more user-friendly means than Bugzilla for reporting unblocked ads?
And if so, what form should this system take? Integrated into Camino itself as a "helper", a web-based form on cb.o, or something else entirely?
I personally think the traditional Bugzilla-based method is working out just fine, but if someone wants to set up a web-based reporting system on cb.o, you won't get any argument from me.
I'd prefer if we tracked ad-blocking issues in Bugzilla, so unless we're going to re-implement Bugzilla Helper on cbo, this should be WONTFIX.
We could add something specific to ads on the Contact page, but that also seems like overkill.
