User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; es-AR; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; es-AR; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11
When a popup is blocked the options are:
-Permit all
-Preferences
-disable message
and the most important is missing
-OPEN ONLY THIS POPUP
The opera browser have a function, that is STONGLY needed.
For example if you are in an untrusted site, but the needed link is in a popup the only way to see the information is GRANT access to the entire site!!!
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.www.akapol.com.ar
2.Select a product
3.Select "view product site"
Actual Results:
needed popup blocked, and no posibility to open
Expected Results:
open this an only this popup without grant permission to entire site.

I'm not seeing any popup on www.akapol.com.ar ; there are "Launch site" links, but they just open a new tab or window.

I can launch that website - it appears in a new tab, without being blocked. Are you running some extension that blocks the tab ?
But anyway, a normal Firefox 2.0.0.11 has a 'show once' option at the bottom of that little menu. For instance : attachment 231678 [details] . Or got to <http://www.appleinsider.com/>, which has several. There's a bug 235450 about some websites that don't show the entry, but I don't know if it's still valid.
I have this problem all the time, with various websites. Just today: http://sephone.nm.ru/
(Firefox 3 beta4 , Windows XP -- but it was the case with Firefox 2 as well).
Can confirm for 3b5 on Windows XP. Test URL: http://blog.flickr.net/en/2008/04/09/video-on-flickr-2/ - click on a title displayed on one of the embedded video clips, e.g. "Tanzania School Choir".
Same here. Confirmed on Firefox 3 RC2 on Windows XP Pro 64
—this isn't only a Linux issue, it seems to be reproducible on all platforms.
I agree that there should be an "Allow this popup" option. I don't want to disable popup blocking, nor I want to allow all popups from the same website. I just want to see that particular one!
