I'm trying to add a new template for the Foundation pages on www.mozilla.org and don't have permission to check in the necessary changes to the tools/wrap.pl file. I already checked in the template-foundation.html page and just need access to check in the wrap.pl file or someone to check it in for me. A patch for the change is attached.
