User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 Safari, IE, Opera all have control + b -> bold, control + i -> italics, and control + u -> underline built in, with the normal defaults canceled (while inside contentEditable/designMode region). Every rich text editor needs to implement this special for Firefox. It would be great to see this built in. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the midas demo - http://www.mozilla.org/editor/midasdemo/ 2. Enter some text 3. Select the text 4. Type control + b Actual Results: The bookmarks sidebar opens Expected Results: The selected text turns bold
