By klicking with the middle mousebutton on an scrollable block-object, the "chrome://global/content/bindings/autoscroll_v.png" should appear an i should be able to scoll by moving the mouse away from it. but this just works with the scrolling on the whole page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. klick with the middle mousebutton, on the div#content on the page
2. move the mouse up or down
Actual Results:
"chrome://global/content/bindings/autoscroll_v.png" appears. nothing else happends

Expected Results:
the page should scroll, by moving the mouse
try out this: http://www2.telemaz.tv/indexhtml.php?section=directors&directorID=102&directorNAME=Alcalde
the whole content of the page is a div with the property "overflow:auto".
