Sometimes, the pixels to be drawn may not end up to exactly match pixels on a LCD screen - e.g. when scaling the resulting pixels, or maybe the output device isn't an LCD one at all. For these cases it's desireable to be able to disable subpixel antialiasing and only have gray level antialiasing.

Actually compiles now.
