floating mouse over right arrow in Navigation Toolbar produces the following text :"Go forwards one page". should be "Go forward one page", i.e. no "s" after "forward"

Absolutely, because it's much more natural for a British English speaker to use "go forwards".
I note that the reporter has a .ca email address. Perhaps this is a case where en-CA usage follows en-US, not en-GB.
Marking INVALID, since "forwards" is correct usage.
