As we did for fx3b1, we'll need to come up with a list of localizations for Firefox 3 Beta 2.

Tracking that, the target is to come up with a patch to shipped-locales.

This is the patch updating the localizations for Firefox 3 B2, requesting review from Tony and joduin, as they're the point persons for QA and build.

ka and lt dropped, the timeline was probably too short.

gu-IN installer issues on windows are fixed now, removed the platform specs.

The other languages are just new :-)

pt-PT sadly has installer issues, so pulling windows by only adding linux and osx for pt-PT.
