User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007120805 Minefield/3.0b2pre Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2U; Windows NT 007120805 Minefield/3.0b2pre A minor glitch that causes the text on the button to open/save when saving a file to display the wrong data. It will say save when it is really opening a directory, and will save after if "save button" is clicked again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Save a file (did this with image files) and click on a directory so button text changes from "Save" to "Open". 2. Click off the directory onto empty space on that same panel for viewing files and directories (the button will update from "Open" to "Save" 3. Click save (this will cause it to open the directory and not save the file, click save again and it will actually save, but only after it has opened that previously selected directory... This should be a very simple bug to fix to help a more "Complete version" of the build =p) Actual Results: Directory was opened instead of saving a file Expected Results: File should have been saved with selected name Simple fix with button text, easy fix
Does seem like it ought to be fixed, yes. However, as you can see by following the same steps in Notepad (or WordPad, or Internet Explorer, though not Word which seems to confusingly use a slightly different one) and getting the exact same results, that dialog is owned by Windows, not by us, so we can't fix it.
