Follow-up to bug 404112 comment 37

Bug 404112 will return an all-zero font metrics for size zero fonts
for gfxPangoFont.  For consistency, I think we should do the same on
all platforms.  i.e. fixing the following files in the same way:
gfx/thebes/src/gfxAtsuiFonts.cpp
gfx/thebes/src/gfxWindowsFonts.cpp
gfx/thebes/src/gfxOS2Fonts.cpp
This was fixed by bug 421353.
