Example of source view focus UI in iTunes

When the source view (left pane) in the Library window does not have the focus, it is impossible to tell what item is selected, to determine the location of items displayed in the right pane.

Ideally we should style this similar to iTunes and the Finder, where the selected item is a blue gradient with the source view has focus, and a purplish-grey gradient when the source view does not have the focus.
