use rich style autocomplete for autocomplete in open location dialog and home page pref UI in bug #407836, mconnor wrote: > Should we hook up the rich results to the other locations? I was about to say: no, because those other usages are of narrow width, which is why the use autocomplete with only the url (and not url and title) with the tree based autocomplete. But, maybe do what the rich style so that we can see the title. The rich style does require more horizontal space (as it has the tag / star icon), but not a huge amount like the tree style (when you show url and title)
Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h". In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows: Tools | Message Filters Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New" Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h Change the action to "Delete Message". Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top. Click OK. Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter. Gerv
