408016 - if a status window is displayed, firefox will not minimize

when i hover over the update icon in the upper left of the window, if the text box that pops us is still visible (or any text box like that for that matter) when i click on the minimize button right above it the window will minimize but immediately shoot back up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.hover over the update icon (blue circle with arrow pointing up)
2.click on minimize icon right above it
Actual Results:  
window minimizes then immediately restores.

Expected Results:  
stayed minimized.

Do you still see this problem using 3.1 beta?

The update mechanism has changed in v3, so the bug might might even be invalid for v3.

I'm thinking this is INVALID as of version 3.
adjust if you think differently.
