and try to use mouse wheel to scroll page up or down. You'll see that scrolling is painfully slow and has visual drawing artifacts: text is interlaced which being scrolled.

This regressed on 27 May 2007 so probably caused by bug 343430 so I think this might be a dupe of bug 382392.
