This patch adds -tpsleep, which takes a number of seconds to sleep after each cycle. Suggested usage would be -tpsleep 30 or, better, -tpsleep 60 to let all the caches expire. This also changes the -tpnoisy output format to print the cycle and page index, as well as the actual time for the just-loaded page.
