add -tpsleep

This patch adds -tpsleep, which takes a number of seconds to sleep after each cycle. Suggested usage would be -tpsleep 30 or, better, -tpsleep 60 to let all the caches expire.

This also changes the -tpnoisy output format to print the cycle and page index, as well as the actual time for the just-loaded page.

Given that there was no response to this I'm going to close the bug. Feel free to re-open if desired, though.
