A common problem with users who log in to many accounts is that they tend to type in the right password for the wrong account.
An option to have audible or visible cues associated with each account (sounds, different colour prompts, or images) may be useful feature.

That might be an interesting idea to play with in an extension, but I don't thing having something flashing and beeping whenever you login is something we'd want in the core platform. I use multiple accounts, and would just find that annoying.
