I found we were including lots of files we don't need to in address book's idl files - to make it clearer what they really use - it spilled over into some of the h and cpp files, but at least it'll mean we've gotta search less files to build everything...

Checked in with a couple of bustage fixes (prprf.h shouldn't have been removed from nsAddrDatabase.cpp, and nsAbOSXDirectory.h needed nsIAbBooleanExpression). Fixed.
