Submenus do not appear in the Bookmarks menu in both the Personal Toolbar and
main menu bar.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Bookmarks menu
2. Move your mouse over any folder in your bookmarks, and observe how it doesn't
expand into a submenu
Actual Results: Folder did not expand into submenu
Expected Results: A Submenu with the bookmarks in that folder should appear.
