40842 - tool/task bar minimizing does not make any sense

sorry for the harsh words in the "subject" line...but... I really think that the
way mozilla M16 handles minimizing task bar, does not make any sense..

WHY am I saying that ?

because:

- the main purpose of minimizing the task bar is to gain the "real estate" for
the main browser window

M16 does not do this at all. The main browser window keeps the same size.
The behavior of the netscape 4.72 is definitely better

this is a result of bug 37766; it's not supposed to be this way.  guess i'll  
mark dup
