When listening a mp3 file in quicktime player while it's loading, download manager shows "starting".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a music file in browser
2. the file starts playing in quicktime player
3. choose File | Save page as
4. the file is still loading
Actual Results:  
download manager shows "starting"

Expected Results:  
download manager shows "downloading" and the progress bar

Do you have a test file for this, that doesn't require sign up?

Also, does this happen if the file is fully buffered before you choose "File | Save Page As..."?

It doesn't happen when the file has been fully downloaded. Then the DM just shows it has been downloaded when doing File | Save Page As. Also, when you close the QuickTime player tab, DM shows the progress bar correctly.
