User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b1) Gecko/2007110904 Firefox/3.0b1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9b1) Gecko/2007110904 Firefox/3.0b1

This is probably a duplicate, but I can't find one quite like it. I will look more when I get the time.

Imagine you have this in your bookmarks menu:
- Folder 1
     - Folder 2
     - Folder 3
- Folder 4
- A Bookmark

It is impossible to move the bookmark straight from where it is now into Folder 2 or 3; though it is possible to move it into 1 and 4. This is circumvented in Firefox 2 by expanding Folder 1 on dragging over, I can only presume this change has been made deliberately.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Recreate aforementioned Bookmark infrastructure.
2. Open the "Bookmarks" menu
3. Try and drag the bookmark into the sub-subdirectory
Actual Results:
When you rollover Folder 1, it does not expand, thus stopping you getting the bookmark into either Folder 3 or 4.

Expected Results:
Folder 1 expands on rollover, presenting a second menu with "Folder 2" and "Folder 3" on it, thus allowing you to drop your bookmark into them

No theme.
Weird, for with the build you're using I'm not able to drag the link into 3 or 4, because of bug 405087.
