Using free software from www.tagkeys.com hotkeys can be setup to insert (rtf) formatted text into word processors, but also into googlemail emails.

With IE the function works correctly and formatted text is inserted as intended into googlemail emails. With Firefox 2 and Beta 3 unformatted text is inserted, but formatted text does not transfer into the googlemail email.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run tagkeys at startup with hotkeys set to insert formatted text
2. Open googlemail.com log in to account
3. Compose mail
4. Type hotkeys i.e. .addr(spacebar) which should insert the predetermined and formatted text - bold, blue, text size etc
Actual Results:
After typing .addr(spacebar) the letters .addr disappear and nothing more happens. In Internet Explorer using googlemail with the same text transfer system into googlemail emails works perfectly.

Expected Results:
.addr(spacebar) should disappear and a formatted predetermined address appears exactly as formatted. In my case capitalised, blue and some italicised text.

I have tested this in Word 2003, Wordperfect 8, Googlemail open in Internet Explorer and Windows Live Mail in Internet Explorer and it works. Only when open in Mzilla Firefox does it not function.
