The user interface shows NO text or images. Installed with the Installer. 
Profile Manager has no text, except for "Profile Manager" up the top. I did get 
into the browser once, and that had no menus, the buttons had no pictures on 
them.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load Mozilla
2. See for yourself there are no text or pics on the UI elements.

Actual Results:  No text on the user interface. Will attach screenshots.

Expected Results:  Buttons should be labelled.

Was using Installer build.

Tested with the Talkback build.
Bug was reproduced in that build, Bug is NOT limited to Installer build.

Spiffy.  The tree was on fire for that build.  I suspect that you got a bad
tarball.  Please try to reproduce with latest nightly.

Tested with Build # 2000052908 (Talkback) on Win 98 SE
Text and images are back with latest nightly build, Looks like the fore caused
this bug.
Linux builds from last night also had problems from the fire, nut work now.
Works for Me.

(I am on PC/Linux, and here it was even worse: the last 5/28 build

didn't even start. However, today's build is fine.)
