This is quite large pack of fixes that were found with Firefox 2.0.0.11:
* proper typography signs, such as quotes, dashes, and apostrophes
* several wording changes
* fix for bug 370768
* few accel key fixes
* preferences dialog should be a bit larger with newer Clearlooks theme on Linux

quotes and apostrophes patch
[uk] bunch of improvements approved for the 1.8 branch. Please note that code freeze is on the 18th, so there is a limited window for testing.
Please use the fixed1.8.1.12 and verified... keywords to track landing and testing.
