40973 - Problems with getting and showing particular jpg.

You just can't get this particular image, while Netscape 4.7 can. if you save 
this image in moz , and view it with  Netscape 4.7, the output is not the same. 
if you open the image localy with moz it show it ok.

so i think there are to bugs. 
1. By some reason moz can get a particular image from a site.
2. If i have a image "wrongly" saved moz can't show it properly.

I'll post the examples in attach:

avpvt1(ok) - correct image, saved by netscape and displayed correctly in 
netscape and moz.

avpvt1(nok) - image not so correct, saved by moz, well displayed only in 
netscape

avpvt1(cmp)- print screen comparison of avpvt1(nok) of how netscape and moz show 
the file.

Tested in Build id 2000051920 W2000.

I never can get the image properly and the image "wrongly" saved is never showed 
correctly

Moz still doesn't show correctly damaged images, remember that damaged images 
are frequent in low conection enviorments.

Please try to see avpvt1(nok).jpg  and avpvt1(cmp).jpg with moz (in attachment 
(id=9312) )

Tested in Build ID 2000052908 NT4
