Details

Some of our entities have tracking data (creator_id, creation date, etc) associated with them, and some do not. This type of tracking data facilitates year-end reporting and such. This bug will track the addition of those missing pieces of data.

I've pushed this to staging and am working out some minor kinks. Should be in production by the end of the day.
I ended up *not* wimping out and instead added the ability to properly set the author for all categories and subgroups/testgroups, akin to how it currently works for testcases. Will require some further testing and some updated selenium testcases now.
Pushed to production.
