Details
Some of our entities have tracking data (creator_id, creation date, etc) associated with them, and some do not. This type of tracking data facilitates year-end reporting and such. This bug will track the addition of those missing pieces of data. branches -> needs creator_id, creation_date opsyses -> needs creator_id, creation_date platforms -> needs creator_id, creation_date products -> needs creator_id, creation_date subgroups -> needs creator_id, creation_date test_runs -> needs creator_id testcases -> needs creator_id testgroups -> needs creator_id, creation_date

I've pushed this to staging and am working out some minor kinks. Should be in production by the end of the day.

I ended up *not* wimping out and instead added the ability to properly set the author for all categories and subgroups/testgroups, akin to how it currently works for testcases. Will require some further testing and some updated selenium testcases now.
