This seems to be random, maybe after Spark has been running for a while. Helpers aren't always shown the accept/reject buttons with a chat request. Needs more testing.
I'm not sure this is the problem, but I notice that if the question is long (and has spaces) the little notification makes you scroll down to access the scrollbars. Because of the faint scroll bar, this is sometimes easy to miss and it looks like the buttons are missing.
I can verify the scroll-to-accept/decline problem. Also, possibly a limit on the number of characters that can be entered into the chat request fields could be looked at - someone wrote a novel in the question field the other day and the banner notification spanned the width of the screen, and some agents reported not being able to accept/decline from memory.
No, sometimes the buttons *aren't there.* This bug only covers that problem. A new bug should be filed about limiting input fields.
