I have loaded UK and USA holidays. Holidays common to both countries are displayed twice.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View MultiWeek display
2.
3.
Actual Results:
If a holiday is common between the US and the UK, then the holiday is shown twice, e.g. Christmas Day
Expected Results:
N/A
1. You should be able to delete one of the Holiday sets loaded.
2. If the user prefers multiple holiday sets then there should be a way to distinguish between the various Holidays displayed. Possibly a color change if the holiday is common between both countries.

There is no bug here. Either it works as expected or is already possible.
Sunbird displays just the events contained in the calendar files. If you imported the events into an existing calendar just delete the unwanted events. If you subscribed to the calendars files just unsubscribe it. If you import the calendars files into different calendars you can give each calendar a different color and toggle the visibility as required.

OK, you say this isn't a bug. It certainly is not a feature that I would ask for. Are you saying that I now have to go and delete all the duplicated holidays rather than just being able to say delete the UK holidays?

Dan, as Stefan said, you should make use of Sunbird's capability to display more than one calendar. I would suggest that you create one calendar for the US holidays and one calendar for the UK holidays.
You can then enable/disable the display of the holidays from each country as you like as well as delete just events from one country calendar.
