User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; Sky Broadband; SLCC1; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; Media Center PC 5.0; .NET CLR 3.0.04506) Build Identifier: my 'history' section has changed. i no longer can find the option to clear recent history so am not able to delete any sites i've been too. the drop down for my history only lists the more recently visited sites with the option to clear history. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open internet 2.click history 3. Actual Results: lists of websites, options to go forward or backward and an option to show in sidebar. there should be an option to clear history, cookies, passwords etc.
apoligies, in my first explanation i said it lists the more recently visited sites with teh option to clear history but it DOES NOT HAVE the option to clear history anymore. ITS VANISHED!
I'd try safe-mode, a new profile or a reinstall in a new empty folder to get rid of the problem, but note that http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=38 is much better equipped for user support than bugzilla which is a database for developers. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Creating_a_new_Firefox_profile_on_Windows
Clearing history is in Tools->Clear Private Data . And in Tools->Options->Privacy.
