seems like no-repro as of 03/30/2001. I tested both mozilla and commercial trunk
builds. Need to consult with Teruko before taking further action...
works as of 04/03/2001

Verified, the order of Auto-Detect sub menu is now identical on Linux (build
2001040505), Win32 (build 2001040404) and Mac (build 2001040404) as followed:

(Off)
All
Chinese
East Asian
Japanese
Korean
Russian
Simplified Chinese
Traditional Chinese
Ukrainian

Marking it as verified since this bug is about a different order on Linux which
has been fixed. Please open a new bug in case the order should be different from
the above on all platforms.
